TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVITEWAALE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InviteWaale and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your User Content.
