Frequently asked questions
How does pricing work?
Creating and previewing an invite is completely free. You only pay a one-time fee when you publish: ₹99 for a standard invite, ₹199 to also collect guest RSVPs, or ₹499 for the premium wedding invite, which includes RSVPs. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?
It's a one-time payment per invite. You are charged once when you publish, and your invite stays live — there are no recurring or hidden charges.
Can I upgrade from Invite to Invite + RSVP later?
Yes, and you only ever pay the difference. A ₹99 invite upgrades to ₹199 for the balance, and either upgrades to the ₹499 premium wedding invite the same way. Nothing is charged twice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indian payment methods through Razorpay: UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay). All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Are taxes included in the price?
The prices shown are the total amount payable and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The final amount is confirmed on the secure Razorpay checkout screen before you pay.
What is your refund policy?
Because invites are digital products delivered instantly on payment, all sales are final. We do issue refunds for duplicate charges or if a technical fault on our side prevented delivery — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
